Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Damasco is the Co-Founder of All In Remote (AIR) Physician Academy, where he mentors healthcare professionals on how to transition into successful telemedicine careers. His leadership experience includes roles as Pediatric Emergency Medicine Director and Transfer Center Medical Director at Queen’s Medical Center, where he optimized patient care systems and emergency response strategies.
